Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it and must not be damaged or altered by the customer.

For returns that are not due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the policy above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase may also be required.
